1. Choose your file
One row for each parcel. The owner’s details can repeat on every row they own — that is expected, and the owner is only created once.
Up to 30 MB, 200,000 rows and 300 columns. If your file is bigger, split it and upload the pieces one at a time — the results add up the same way.
2. Match your columns
We have filled in the matches we are confident about. Change anything that looks wrong. A dash means “this file does not have that”, which is fine for anything not marked required.
Extra details (optional)
Any other column in your file can be written onto the property record. Leave a column on “Do not import” to ignore it.
3. Check what will happen
Nothing has been written to your account yet. This is what the import would do.

These rows are skipped. Everything else still imports; you can fix these and upload them as their own file afterwards.
Details we will not fill
Your account has these property fields, but your file has no column matched to them, so they stay empty.

Good to know
- If a row lists a second owner, only the first owner is recorded. The second one is not lost from your file, it is simply not created yet.
- An owner you added by hand earlier with no phone and no email may be created a second time. We match those owners on name and mailing address, so a different spelling reads as a different person.
- Dollar-amount fields are not filled in yet, so they are not offered as matches.
- Very large lists run at roughly three parcels a second. A 10,000-row file takes about an hour, and you do not have to sit and watch it.
- Running the same file again changes nothing that is already there. It is always safe to re-upload.
